The hospitality from the staff was really good, particularly in the Business Class Lounge where Anthony and Sayara went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. However, the walk to the pool was inconvenient, requiring me to exit the new building and navigate through the reception area. which was somewhat annoying. On the plus side, the hotel is well located near several restaurants and a shopping mall.
